Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, company or project details, and message content when you submit our contact, RFP, or waitlist forms or send us an email. We also collect standard web analytics data: page views, referrer URLs, browser type, device type, and general geographic region.

For defensive security, our edge and application systems may record a timestamp, Cloudflare Ray ID, approximate country and network provider, user-agent information, rate-limit/WAF decision, response status, and a short-lived pseudonymous correlation value. We do not collect MAC addresses, precise GPS/street-level location, form bodies in security logs, cookies, or authentication tokens. IP-derived location is approximate and is not used as proof of a person’s identity.

We use Google Analytics, a third-party analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about how visitors use our website. This data is aggregated and anonymized — we do not track individual users across sites. You can learn more about Google’s data practices at Google’s Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

Your data is used only to respond to your inquiries, provide the services you request, and improve our website. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Form submissions are processed by the Ground Zero Cloudflare Worker and stored in a restricted Supabase/Postgres data plane. Notifications may be delivered through our email provider. Turnstile may process challenge signals to protect public forms. We implement technical safeguards including encrypted connections, access controls, rate limiting, anti-bot protections, audit logging, and data minimization.

We retain business correspondence and form submissions only as long as necessary to provide services, respond to inquiries, and meet legal obligations. Defensive security events are retained only for the short incident-response window required for investigation; longer-term correlation uses rotating pseudonymous values rather than a permanent IP profile. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent for data processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email hello@groundzero.llc.

We use the following third-party services on this website:

• Cloudflare Workers, DNS, CDN, Access, WAF, Turnstile, and Email Service — hosting, edge security, anti-abuse processing, and transactional email delivery for form and RFP notifications. Cloudflare may process network and device signals at the edge, and the contents of notifications you submit through a form, under its applicable terms and privacy documentation.
• Google Analytics — aggregated usage analytics (page views, visit duration, browser/device data). See Section 1 for opt-out instructions.
• Supabase — authenticated application data, database, and access logging for the portal and form submissions.
• BeeHiiv — newsletter hosting. Their privacy policy applies to Daily Tech subscribers separately.

As a company based in Egypt, your data may be processed in Egypt and other countries where our infrastructure or processors operate, including Cloudflare, Supabase, and Google. We use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards where required and review the applicable transfer basis for the service involved.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
